Why group therapy?
Windhorse Counseling expanded our services to include group therapy because clinical studies show that participating in group therapy builds confidence and self esteem. Confidence is a byproduct of being in an environment where you are accepted for who you are and we are proud to facilitate these spaces.
You can learn how to practice a wide variety of skills including, but not limited to, boundaries, communication, resolving conflict, executive functioning, social skills, and trust.
